Our beginner boxing class is the most popular class for members looking to understand the art of boxing. This month long, instructional group class focuses on fundamentals, basics, and the technique of boxing. Tao coaches will focus on the accurate form of your punches, slips, blocking, and footwork. You will learn how to put combinations together while working on forward and lateral footwork, and movement when boxing with a partner. New students will also learn how to shadowbox. Many new boxers find shadowboxing intimidating because they do not have familiarity of putting together different combinations. Once you’ve completed this class you will be able to progress to any other classes offered by Tao.

This class combines beginners boxing technique with high intensity interval training. This class is designed to progressively develop core stability, hand eye coordination, balance and increase cardiovascular capability. You will be challenged both mentally and physically but leave feeling empowered! Your own gloves and wraps are highly recommended.
Designed exclusively for women, this clinic teaches basic boxing fundamentals & technique. Designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance, making this class the perfect option to get fit and leave feeling stronger and more empowered. You will also learn to put together multiple combinations using all the punches, mirroring a true boxer. Faster hands, agile feet, stronger punches equal better control. (This class is for women 13 & up only).
We believe in preparing our fighters the right way. In order to spar at our gym you have to be a member for two months & do a minimum of 6 one hour private lessons with one of our coaches. This is our Policy. No Exceptions.
